An avant-garde and jazzy wonderland!

Featuring music inspired by DOMi and JD Beck, arrangements of works by Frank Ticheli, Jacob Collier, and music from Cowboy Bebop, Chromatiscope is a visually inspired show that celebrates the vibrant beauty of color. Through a fusion of jazz, hip hop, and avant–garde soundscapes, accompanied by captivating visuals and props, the show creates an immersive and synesthetic experience. It invites the audience to explore a kaleidoscopic world of color and sound, offering a unique and unforgettable journey.

This show was commissioned by Los Alamitos High School for fall 2023 and was awarded 1st place at the WBA Class 2A Regional Championships and 2nd place at the WBA 2A Class Championships.

Note: This show includes arrangements of “Blue Shades” by Frank Ticheli, Ocean Wide, Canyon Deep by Jacob Collier, and music from Cowboy Bebob. Additional licensing and associated fees will apply, but we’ll handle acquiring the licensing for you. Contact us with any questions.
