Set in an abstract work environment, Bound tO eXist will showcase the emotional and physical struggle of work/life balance. Exploring the feeling of being bound to our monotonous realities versus the natural human need for a purpose to exist that is governed by fate. Breaking away from routine and ritualistic habits in order to fulfill one’s dreams and avoid insanity.
Following a WGI Independent Open Class gold medal in 2019 (Show: For Man We Wait), Bound tO eXist was commissioned for Bakersfield College Drumline for indoor 2020 and was Bound to be a championship defending show until the season was cut short due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
