Description
“…the greatest thing, you’ll ever learn…”
In “Heart of a Vagabond,” explore the meaning of the lyrics of Eden Ahbez’s classic song, “Nature Boy,” in this distinctly emotional and somber rendering. As the music weaves in and out of melodies and variations on the original song, your audience will simultaneously be immersed in massive soundscapes and led on a musical journey that will hit energetic highs and emotionally tense lows.
This subtle and nuanced show includes stereo music/audio effects, long phrases to develop ideas, a variety of musical styles, and lends itself to creative and unorthodox visuals, creating a powerful and enticing performance.
As the show progresses, it focuses on certain sections of the lyrics at a time. Ultimately, this show highlights the message that whatever and however your journey through life may be, “The greatest thing you’ll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return”.
Note: This show includes an arrangement of ““Nature Boy” by eden ahbez (George Alexander Aberle). Additional licensing and associated fees will apply but we’ll handle acquiring the licensing for you. Contact us with any questions.
