Description

Batten down the hatches! In this gritty, dark, and exciting take on a classic story, this show is sure to be a crowd favorite. There’s everything a pirate show should have and then some: pirating a ship and throwing the captain overboard, hoisting the colours, finding treasure, a choreographed and sound designed sword fight, and of course, a mutiny as the pirates fight over their share of the loot. All these events are meticulously coordinated in a musical soundscape that is darker, grittier, and more aggressive than your typical pirate show.

Originally commissioned by Los Alamitos High School for the 2019 season, this show received an open class gold medal at SCPA Championships in Southern California and placed 5th at WGI Open Class Championships.
