It turns out we may have had things all wrong… In this modern and alternative perspective on a familiar tale in the universe of Alice in Wonderland, the show will delve into who the Queen is, how she came to be, and what motivates her. It may surprise your audience to know the other side of the well known character! You can imagine the set filled with Queen of Hearts imagery, roses, her card soldiers, her crown and throne… an exciting world with endless possibilities! Written for the beginning band, this show will be a blast for your students while pushing their skills: grade 2 winds and A class percussion. Check back later for mp3s and other updates on this show!
Co-Commission Opportunity!
We’d be honored if your band would premier our latest, greatest, and most cutting edge work! A Co-Commission is an opportunity for a band to commission a brand new show with us, but to share the cost with other ensembles outside their region. If you like the idea of doing a unique show that has never been performed before but don’t have the budget for a completely custom commission, then this is a great option for you.
