Description

An adventurous and emotion driven score, The Others taps into common human themes to connect with its audience. The Others looks inwards and examines what it means to be uniquely ‘you’ while tackling the inherent struggles involved in embracing your differences. At the same time, the arc paces adventure, brilliance, sadness, longing, struggle, and ultimately triumph in a familiar enough way that allows for other interpretations as well. More imagery inspiration could come from the magical quality found in the percussion book and sound design which lend the score to working well with a Children’s Story Book environment.
